Introduction<\/h3>\n

The Inclusive Cell of the institution aims to promote an inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners. It advocates for equality, accessibility, and a barrier-free environment for students with varied learning, physical, emotional, and social needs. In alignment with the vision of NEP 2020, the Cell fosters awareness, sensitivity, and inclusion in the teaching-learning process and institutional culture.<\/p>\n

Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. To create awareness about inclusive education and promote sensitivity among students and staff.<\/li>\n
  2. To ensure equal opportunities and accessibility for students with diverse abilities and needs.<\/li>\n
  3. To organize sensitization programs, community outreach, and inclusive celebrations.<\/li>\n
  4. To collaborate with external organizations to facilitate experiential learning and support for differently-abled individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Activities of the Inclusive Cell<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    1. Sensitization and Awareness Workshops<\/strong>
      \nOrganizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to promote awareness about inclusive education, disabilities, neurodiversity, and the rights of differently-abled individuals.<\/li>\n
    2. Observance of Important Days<\/strong>
      \nCelebrating days like International Day of Persons with Disabilities<\/em> (3rd December), World Autism Awareness Day<\/em>, etc., through cultural programs, exhibitions, and student-led initiatives to build empathy and understanding.<\/li>\n
    3. Community Outreach and Service<\/strong>
      \nFacilitating visits and volunteering opportunities for students at organizations or homes for differently-abled individuals to encourage hands-on experience and social responsibility.<\/li>\n
    4. Inclusive Events and Competitions<\/strong>
      \nConducting inclusive sports, art, storytelling, and other co-curricular activities that encourage participation of students from all backgrounds and abilities.<\/li>\n
    5. Collaboration with NGOs and Experts<\/strong>
      \nPartnering with NGOs, therapists, and special educators to offer professional insights, conduct interactive sessions, and provide support services or training.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>
